What are we looking for?

Apester is looking for a results-driven, independent Business Development Manager for a full-time position in TLV(Hybrid). The BDM will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding new clients, building meaningful long-lasting relationships with the world’s leading media companies.

What will I be doing? 

  • Recruiting top tier publishers to implement Apester engagement unit, responsible for the entire sales cycle – leads to clients.
  • Responsible for achieving challenging revenue goals.
  • Work with internal teams/stakeholders to analyze performance & technical relationships, investigating UX and metrics anomalies and collaborating with Business Development, Product & Partners as necessary to resolve   
  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel at publisher houses  
  • Be on the forefront of launching new products in the market and identify, pursue, and negotiate new partnership deals across verticals such as Lifestyle, Tech, Business, Sport, and Entertainment 

 Main Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/BD position.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong sales capabilities
  • Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment and learn well under pressure 
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people
  • Fluent English writing and speaking. Other languages- advantage

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Development/Sales role in the online video and/or advertising industry
  • Familiarity with multiple integrations such as Google OB, Amazon A9, Tag, and Prebid  
  • Understanding of the publisher market, header bidding, digital video markets, and various pricing models
