Notice to the Creditors of the Company

  1. This is to notify that on July 23, 2024, the District Court in Tel Aviv, Israel, issued an insolvency order against the above-mentioned company. The undersigned was appointed as the trustee for the company. The trustee has filed a request for the approval of a creditors’ arrangement based on a proposal by a third party, Stornik Ltd., Registration No. 516945060, in accordance with Part J of the Israeli Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation Law, 2018 (“the Law”).
  2. Any individual or entity claiming to be a creditor of the company must submit a proof of claim to the trustee’s office, properly prepared in accordance with Regulation 121 of the Israeli Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation Regulations, 2019. This must include all supporting documents required to substantiate the claim. The proof of claim form is available on the Administrator’s website and must be submitted no later than 21 days from the publication date of this notice.
  3. A meeting to discuss and vote on the proposed creditors’ arrangement will be held via Zoom on January 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM (Israel time).
